1. How do I book a class?
Please go to my Book A Class page at choose a package at the bottom. When you have purchased your classes, you can go to the top of the page and choose the days and times you would like to join a class.

2. Do you offer a free trial lesson?
Yes! I offer a 20-30 minute free consultation so we can discuss your goals, explore your options and create a personalised study plan.

3. What platform do you use for classes?
All online classes take place Google Meet unless we agree otherwise. You’ll receive a meeting link before each session.

4. What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule a class?
No problem! You can cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may be counted as a used class from your package. For full information about cancellation, please see the cancellation policy.

5. How long do lesson packs stay valid?
Lesson packs are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase so you have flexibility to schedule your lessons at your own pace.

6. Can I join with a friend or colleague?
Yes! I have general group classes and also I can organise personalised group classes for your very own group at a discounted rate to my 1-1 classes.

7. What if I’m not sure which course is right for me?
No problem at all! Just send me a message (contact details above) and I’ll answer all your questions and help you choose the best option based on your goals and level.
