Cancellation and Booking Policy

To ensure a smooth and respectful learning experience for everyone, please read the following terms before booking your classes or purchasing a pack. By purchasing a pack, you agree to the terms of these policies.

Class Cancellation and Rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule a class up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without any charge.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class will be charged in full, as if the class has taken place.

• Classes can be booked up to 1 hour before the start time, subject to availability.

Class Packs

• Class packs are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Unused sessions will expire after this period.

• By purchasing a pack, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that refunds are not available for unused sessions unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Professional Conduct

• I reserve the right to cancel any remaining sessions in a pack if a student engages in inappropriate behaviour, repeated last-minute cancellations, or conduct that disrupts the professional teacher-student relationship.

• This learning space is built on mutual respect. All communication and interaction must remain professional at all times.

Lateness Policy

To make sure every student receives their full class time, I run my lessons back‑to‑back. For this reason, punctuality is very important.

• If you arrive late, the class will still finish at the scheduled time.

• I will always try to make up the lost minutes if I don’t have another class immediately after.

• In most cases, I do have a class straight after, so it’s usually not possible to extend the lesson.

• The full class fee applies even if you arrive late.
