Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Payments for classes and class packs are final. Refunds are not offered except where required by Spanish consumer law.

2. Class Packs

• Class packs are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

• Unused sessions expire after this period and are non‑refundable.

3. Cancellations

• Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged in full.

• No refunds are issued for missed or forgotten classes.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases (e.g., long‑term illness), I may offer rescheduling or credit at my discretion.
